I just checked out Yish's blog and loved her one of her new buys - this cream bow flats from Topshop. I think she's been exchanging blog addresses with some girls, and they share the same interest - fashion. Well, which girl isn't into fashion right? But what's different is that they sometimes post pics of their purchases and the styles they come up with.
It's really interesting and it makes you feel much more enthusiastic about dressing yourself up. It even made me feel excited enough to wanna post pictures of my own clothes!
For like 5 seconds anyway.
Firstly, I don't have really nice pieces of clothings nor do I have a great sense of fashion. Is that good enough of a reason to stop me from doing so?
And then, there's the friends. I don't think my friends read my blog often, but the ones that do (occasionally) might look at me in a different light if I start posting picture posts of just me 'advertising' my clothes. It's just not very ME. Or maybe, it's like pushing my vain-ness to a whole new level.
Then again, if you EVER wanted heaps of solo photos of me from different angles and poses, I would most probably have a full album of it, updated weekly or so HA HA HA.
Also, I'm too lazy to go into details about what I wear. Man, I've been meaning to take photos of the stuff that I no longer wear anymore (but are in very mint condition) which must be worth at least a few bucks (rather than to give ALL of them away for FREE) since last year. And I can't even be bothered to do it, up til now. Even for $$$!!! Who gets lazy to do a little bit of work for some dough? Well, ME. Talk about needing a huge nudge just to earn a few extra bucks :/
Oh well, when I need fashion opinions or finally have the motivation to post up something like that, you'll see it. If you don't, just take it as I saved you a trip to tragedy.
Either way, I really should start taking pictures of things I want to get rid of. My mini wardrobe just CAN'T accommodate them anymore - especially when I've been making small purchases every alternate day or so. And even such purchases adds up to an amount that makes you think 'Whoa, how did it add up to THIS much?!'. I think I should go look for another weekend job that pays double, just to make me feel better about my impulse shopping (and also upgrade to much bigger purchases hehe)
Anyway, enough about that.
I'm contemplating whether or not to go to the Taste Of Melbourne tomorrow after work. A selection of the finest restaurants of Melbourne will be serving a sample of their signature dishes etc. I think the ticket is about AUD50 which includes 30 crowns, redeemable for the food and drinks there.
I want to go, but I'm afraid it would disappoint me and waste my money. Eh, I've been spending alot, ok! And I foresee more $$$ spent towards the end of this weekend - Heading Out hair appointment, drinks at Silk Road on Friday night after dinner + Seven after that. Karaoke on Saturday to celebrate Shwee's birthday and oh yeah, need to get her a birthday present. (So what if I'm getting the full amount of my tax return this time, it's all going down the drain anyway *sniffsniff*)
But then, go with Caroline also will be fun enough la. I don't get to see her often anymore :( Everybody's so busy these days. I'll just decide after work la.
