A stroke of bad luck

I suffered a great loss today. I lost my Samsung D500 handphone in Urban & Co., 1 Utama (New Wing). Why am I so sure that I lost it there? Because right after I entered the shop, I made a call to my boyfriend. Then I joined Angeline who was already in the fitting room. (No, please do not think nonsense!) I also went back outside to browse for more stuffs to try on and went into another fitting room.

It was when I walked to Parkson's bedding area when I realised that my handphone was missing. I was gonna take my handphone out to sms Yishyene which color she wanted for the bean bag covers for our new apartment, when I realised that my handphone case was empty. For awhile, I thought that my handphone had dropped out of the case, and the only thing I was worried about was that it may catch scratches from the countless things in my bags.

As I slowly went through my bag for it, this weird feeling slowly crept over me. Finally, I recognised the feeling. Pure panic. Angeline called my handphone to check if it was somewhere in my bag. Sigh. It was forwarded my mailbox. Just great.

We hurried back to Urban & Co. to check around to no avail. Angeline said it is pretty confirmed that the thief is a female. No guys went into the fitting room area and obviously, only ladies went into the fitting rooms. Bah. I hope she suffers really, really bad health thoughout the year of the Dog, JUST like a dog. No, make that bitch. Hmph.

The handphone was actually a gift from Ree Sion for our one year anniversary. *cries* Now, there is nothing left of it. My heart really aches. I miss it so much. It's something I really need, in my life. Not that I make THAT much calls or smses in a day, but I just love having it by my side. :)

Its doesn't have the latest functions - 1.3 megapixels instead of 2 megapixels, no external memory card, etc. But the functions are good enough for me. Its got pretty sharp colors, 1.3mp camera ain't that bad, and mp3 player as a backup just in case I don't have my iPod mini with me.

Anyway, Ms Thief, can you please return my beloved phone? At least for me to transfer some of the pictures that I've taken onto the computer. (And if possible, KILL you.)

Oh well, byebye my sweet one. You've done your best this half year. (I lost my Nokia 6100 last July 2005) I will always remember you. And since I am currently broke and can't get a nice new one now, I am stuck with my brother's old handphone. Bah!

If that wasn't bad enough, I sorta hurt my right thumb this morning. Now, it seems like there's a bit of dark blood stuck underneath the nail. Yucks.
