Hairy News.

Talking about lion's hair, I did the most impulsive thing yesterday. I straightened my hair -.-" I mean I did plan to do it, but not yesterday! I was gonna do it next week or something. But the place I went to, had promotion which ends today. And if I'm gonna accompany my cuppycake while she color her hair, I might as well get it done right?

At the end, while waiting for me to finish, Steve decided to get a hair cut himself when he came to join us. Haha..June doesn't seem too satisfied with her hair, but I think it looks nice, dark and silky now! I'm not happy with mine. At the moment. It's not their fault, because I've expected that my hair will look really flat after straightening. But looking at the mirror now, just disgusts me. With the blunt fringe, I look like I have some sort of bullet wig on.

Some people said it doesn't look as bad as I made it sound, but I believe those must be comfort words. I just know that I don't like how it looks like until my natural hair volume comes back.

Now, I'm not sure if I will ever go back to this new salon because I'm worried that they might not understand or be able to cut what I have in mind next time. But I really like the salon's decor. It has the same bridal concept as Seri (Melb Central), and with all those crystal lights around (which I like), I think it's a pretty salon. The prices are reasonable. I think the prices are just a tad higher than what I've been paying with the previous salon (and those are student prices, mind you).

Pics of my current hair? OF COURSE NOT. So freaking ugly. So I guess I'm not even going to consider going to the Merdeka Celebration tonight. No one needs to see chubby girls in bullet wigs.

Ah, what a day. Me and my guilty splurges. I bought myself a pair of sunglasses from Witchery, a lil' bargain dress from Lolitta and a trench jacket from Bardot. Yes, I'm aware that winter is nearly over, but doesn't mean it's not windy or cold here right. But it does feel stupid to pay full price for it, but I reckon the prices aren't gonna be reduced anytime soon.

So with $240 + $310 gone, my heart aches. After the rent and other bills arrive, I'm most probably gonna need to live on grass. And its just less than 2 weeks before my friend from Brisbane comes too! I hope I wouldn't need to spend on anything else besides the usual entertainment & food expenses. I hate it when my money runs low.

I watched the movie NEXT with June & Steve last night after dinner. Wait, technically I just bought the ticket but fell asleep in the cinema. I was feeling pretty tired, and dozed off every now and then during the movie because I just couldn't get my eyes to stay open. And it's not the first time I've done that. Even in movies that were supposed to be really good etc. :/

Anyway, I'm getting sleepy all over again, just resting on the bed. I slept over at June's and I think I'm in love with the guest bed. I think I'll ditch my report for a bit and go downstairs to play Wii. Byebye.
